
2-4 cups of grated or julienned carrots
1-2 bunches of grated or julienned radishes
1/8 cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne or ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground star anise
salt to taste
Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight before serving.
